Dryland practice is a great supplement to helping us become better hockey players and a better team. It hones critical athletic skills that all hockey players need. We work on strength, endurance, quick feet, quick hands, and coordination while instilling team building and bonding at the same time. Although we will continue to do dryland practice at least once a week as a team, each individual player should take these lessons and do them at home on their own or even with their siblings or parents.
